Bond Body Revelled
Bond the male icon for the 21st century. he’s got the cars the girls the gadgets that most men dream about. But if that wasn’t enough he now has the body to die for as well.
So how did actor Daniel Craig get that amazing body that that men envy and girls drawl over?
Let’s start with that pumped up chest. A typical Bond work out would combine a variety of chest exercises including bench press, dumbbell flys and dumbbell Presses. While Bond is on tour or away on location he would do press ups to maintain that pumped up chest.
Next up is those big guns, yes those arms that punch and strangle his victims to death. Bond would include bicep curls, dips, reverse curls and triceps extensions to get his guns in order. With no weights to throw around Bond would find the nearest bench for some dips or a bar to do some close grip chins to get those biceps bulging for the cameras.
What about that washboard stomach Bond parades every time his shirt is off. In the gym Bond uses a range of core exercises to shape up that mid section. A stability ball is a great bit of kit to work the mid section, it is very versatile as it can be use for a range of exercises. Along side the stability ball, floor work and medicine balls are great toners to get those ripped bond style abs.
So how does Bond stay in shape for those long chases and intense fighting scenes. A typical Bond workout would combine weight training with high intensity cardio work. Interval training with short sprints combined with jogging to recover helps Bond tune up the engine for those action scenes. Bond will prepare for each film by learning the latest martial arts moves. A Bond work out combines mixed martial arts (MMA) which includes elements of boxing, judo, Jujitsu, thai boxing and wrestling. This form of training is a very challenging workout taking Bond to the limit, preparing him for the thrills and spills of the big screen.
