What is the best sport supplements to fight MMA?

I was wondering if anyone recommends brand products in this particular brand difficult for MMA (jiu jitsu, kick boxing, weight and general) reason would be greatly appreciated.

Honestly, it can also be so. Most people take supplements for quicker recovery for training. Not that it really makes you better in the sport itself.
